mozzarella cheese 4.5 oz (125 g) • tomatoes 1 pc
Cut mozzarella and tomato into slices.
salt • grape oil 1 tbsp • basil
Arrange alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese on a plate. Season it with salt, sprinkle with chopped leaves of fresh basil and with grape oil or high quality olive oil.
