1. 

olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  rum 2 tbsp  worcestershire sauce 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt

Prepare a marinade from oil, rum and Worcestershire sauce. Wash the chicken breast, cut into slices, salt and immerse in the prepared marinade for half an hour.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp  water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  rapeseed oil 3 tbsp

Fry the meat, 4 minutes on each side in oil, sprinkle with flour, add water and let simmer covered for 5-8 minutes.

3. 

Camembert cheese 4.25 oz (120 g)

Put the cheese on the finished chicken breast, which will melt on the hot dish. Serve with boiled potatoes or a vegetable salad.
