Colourful Meat and Vegetable Sauté

     

Delicious, light sauté from chicken meat with colourful and healthy vegetables. You can use as a side dish rice or pasta.

1. Marinating of meat

chicken breasts 15.75 oz (450 g)  sunflower oil 4 tbsp  wholegrain mustard 1 tbsp  soy sauce 2 tbsp  ground black pepper ½ tsp  vegetable salt 2 tsp  salt

Cut washed and dried meat into thin strips. Prepare marinade from oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt and spices. Mix chicken meat with marinade and allow it to rest in the cold place for about one hour until all the flavours come together.

Cook coarsely chopped onion in a deep pan or in a pot, add marinated meat and let the meat pull until it is just cooked through.

fresh red pepper 1 pc  garlic 2 pcs  mushrooms 4 oz (115 g)  corn sterilized 5.25 oz (150 g)

Then add sliced garlic, red pepper cut into strips, sweet corn and sterilized mushrooms.

tomatoes 1 pc  green beans (frozen) 3.5 oz (100 g)

Then add finely chopped tomato and green beans.

5. 

water ¼ l  corn starch 2 tbsp

Mix corn starch or fine flour in water and pour it into boiling meal. Cook for a while and serve.
