Portion the chicken into 8 parts.
Dry and salt it, season with ground black pepper, curry spice and ground red paprika.
Saute so prepared meat in oil and set aside.
Shortly fry finely chopped onion and garlic, cut potatoes, pepper and skinless tomatoes in same oil (according to need add more oil). Season vegetable and set aside.
In center of roasting tray place fried meat, vegetable around and steam covered in oven at medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Then uncover and let it finish for 20 minutes.
