Wash the meat ...

...and pound it.

salt  ground red paprika

Salt each slice of meat on both sides and sprinkle with paprika.

Fry the meat on both sides in hot oil and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the meat with juice from the meat.

potatoes 2.6 lb (1200 g)

Clean and wash the potatoes.

Cut them into rings and place them on the meat.

Clean the onion, cut it in rings. Divide and place them on potatoes. Sprinkle with chili sauce. Add some water, close the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.

Mix the cheeses.

Take the meat from the potatoes and put cheese filling on each slice.

Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.

11. 

Portions can be served with pickles or fresh vegetable salad.
