Fragrant garlic chicken pieces and tasty grilled vegetables and fries. A complete lunch prepared in an ActiFry fryer using three tablespoons of oil.

Recipe

1. 

olive oil 3 tbsp  ground red paprika 2 tsp  ground garlic 1 tsp  boneless chicken thighs 1.3 lb (600 g)

Wash the upper chicken legs, put them in a bowl, add oil, paprika and garlic. Mix.

2. 

Put the meat in the ActiFry pot and cover it with the top part - a pan. Set the 2in35°F (1°C)hicken program and bake for 35 minutes.

After this time uncover the meat and spread it with crushed garlic.

4. 

Turn on the ActiFry and continue to bake the meat (without the top part- pan) for 15 minutes.

frozen mixed vegetables 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt 1 pinch

Put the baked meat on the pan and cover. Put the frozen vegetables into the pot of the fryer, add a pinch of salt and bake the vegetables for 10 minutes.

potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)

Peel the potatoes, wash, dry and cut into French fries.

7.

Add vegetables to the meat in the pan and cover again. Put the potatoes into the actifry pot, add salt and bake for 30 minutes.

8. 

Put the pan with the chicken and vegetables on top of the baked potatoes and reheat everything together for 2-3 minutes in the 2 in35°F (1°C)hicken program. Serve.
