Recipe

1. 

chicken legs 2 pcs

Bone the chicken thighs with the skin.

2. 

salt 0.25 tsp  olive oil 1 tbsp  spice turmeric 0.5 tsp  ground ginger 0.25 tsp  ground red paprika 0.25 tsp

Mix the above mentioned ingredients into a liquid marinade and coat the meat in it.

3. 

potatoes 14 oz (400 g)  carrots 7 oz (200 g)  olive oil 1 tbsp  salt 0.25 tsp  crushed caraway 0.25 tsp  ground red paprika 0.25 tsp

Cut the potatoes and carrots into equal pieces. Put in the bottom part of the ActiFry fryer and evenly drizzle with oil. Set the total preparation time to 40 minutes and grill time fot the "chicken" in the upper pan for 12 minutes. Season with salt, caraway and paprika.

4. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)

After 10 minutes open the ActiFry and add the coarsely chopped onion. Close and continue grilling with pressing the start button.

5. 

After 28 minutes the fryer stops and alert with a sound signal to insert the upper pan, on which you place the marinated chicken thighs, skin side up and continue grilling.
