whipping cream (30-33% fat)¾cup200milliliters
whole milk 3.5%6.75tbsp100milliliters

1. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  rapeseed oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

2. 

pepper curry 1 tsp

Add spices and fry for a while.

3. 

mushrooms 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

4. 

salt 1 tsp  water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Add them to the onion, add salt, water and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. 

whole milk 3.5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 oz (40 g)

Mix the flour in the milk and cream. Pour the mixture to the mushrooms.

6. 

Overcook.
