Spicy chicken legs on the grill

1. Preparation of chicken thighs

Remove the bones from whole chicken legs (chicken thigh quarters). Then, remove the skin and cut slightly the stonger muscles to wident the area of the thigh steak.

2. Marinade

olive oil 100 ml  sterilized pepperoni 2 pcs  grill seasoning 2 tsp  ground red paprika 2 tsp  hot ketchup 5 tbsp  honey  1 tbsp  garlic 5 cloves  brandy 50 ml

Heat the oil in a pan, add finely chopped hot pepper, mix well and remove from fire. Add spice and ground pepper, hot ketchup, honey, garlic and pour brandy (cognac). Mix well and soak meat into the marinade. Put it into sealable container, pour the remaining marinade on the surface. Close it and put it into refridgerator for 12 h. to mature.

Before grilling, put away meat from a refridgerator (at least 30 min), season with salt. Grill slowly from all sides for 20 min.

You may brush the meat with the remaining marinade or oil when grilling.
