Crispy chicken baked in the oven on beer can holder rack. We can even use kugelhopf cake form instead of the special rack, simply insert chicken in the centre, or, even easier - place chicken over the empty beer can :)

1.

Wash chicken and season with salt both inside and out.

2. 

Put chicken on the rack. Place the track on baking tin and put it in the oven on the bottom rack. Bake at 355°F (180°C)-390°F (200°C) for 90-120 minutes based on the size of chicken.

3. 

Remove the finished chicken from rack and cut it into serving pieces. Serve with bread and sterilized cucumber.
