1. Preparation of oyster mushrooms
oyster mushroom 1.5 lb (700 g)
Wash the oyster mushrooms, trim according to need, cut into the strips.
2. Preparataion of chicken stock and meat
Wash fresh middle sized chicken and remove the skin. Remove meat from the breasts and chicken thighs. (This piece of meat is used for preparation of other meal so for the next preparation, place it into the marinade and store for 2-3 days in a cold place. Eventually store it in freezer). Place rest of the chicken with still enough meat into a cold water, add salt and cook for about 45 minutes.
Decant the stock and set aside. Take off the meat from the cooked chicken, cut into the strips according to needs.
Fry the onion in oil, add chopped oyster mushrooms, salt and spices.

Pour in a chicken stock and steam under the lid for 10 minutes.

Add chicken meat into the steamed oyster mushrooms and blend it.
Serve with rice.
