Tasty pork burgers with cheese.

Cut the pepper and pickles into smaller pieces.
Cut the roll and fresh or dried parsley. Put it in a meat mixture.
Add egg to the meat mixture and mix it together. Season with salt and pepper. Leave it for 30 min. on a cold place.
Bun 6 pieces, Emmental cheese 200g. Shape the hamburgers from the meat and fry it for 3 min. on a grill or in a grill pan. In meantime, prepare 6 pieces of cheese (5mm thick slices). At the end of grilling, add halved buns to the grill (tey should be crunchy).
Put leaves of salad on the bottom of the bun, cover it with fried meat, cheese and tomatoes. Cover it with the second half of a bun.
