Grilled Stuffed Chicken Breasts


Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with simple filling from cheese and ham, prepared either on the grill outside or at home on a grill pan.

1. Meat preparation

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt  pork ham  Emmental cheese

Partially cut the chicken breasts so that we have one large slice. Pound them slightly. Season with salt. Lay 2 slices of ham on each breast and place in the centre adequate piece of cheese.

ground red paprika  grill seasoning

Fold ham in the meat so that it covers the whole piece of cheese, then form a pocket from the chicken breast and tie it with kitchen string. Sprinkle pockets with ground red pepper and grill seasoning.


sunflower oil

Cook on a grill pan lightly brushed with oil. 15 minutes on one side.


Cover the pockets while grilling on one side so that the meat is braised and roasted more quickly.


Cook on grill on the other side for about 15 minutes until meat becomes tender. Before serving remove kitchen strings and slice the pockets.
