Chinese Chicken

     

Tasty poultry meat with healthy and colorfull vegetables.

1. 

vinegar 1 tsp  sweet chilli sauce 4 tsp  soy sauce 5 tsp  potato starch 2 tsp  ground garlic 1 tsp  vegetable salt 3 tsp  sunflower oil 2 tsp  pepper curry 1 tsp

MIx all the ingredientsto marinade, add in chicken meat sliced to noodles and mix it all together well. Leave to rest for a while in a cool place.

2. 

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  sunflower oil 5 tbsp

On the warm oil sharply fry marinated meat.

3. 

frozen vegetables (asian vegetable mix) 1.1 lb (500 g)

When the meat is fried, add to it the vegetable mixture over medium heat and stir-fry together for about 5 minutes.

4. 

water 300 ml  potato starch 1 tbsp

Pour water in which we rozmiešali starch and simmer for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender meat.

5. 

Season with vegetable salt and sweet chilli sauce.
