chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  100% orange juice 200 ml

Wash chicken breast, cut into thinner steaks. Put them in a bowl with orange juice. Let it marinate for about 30 min.

salt  ground black pepper

Pull out the steaks, season with salt and pepper.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)  grated coconut 5.25 oz (150 g)

repare the flour, orange juice and coconut. First, wrap them in flour, dip in orange juice and wrap in grated coconut.

4. 

sunflower oil 100 ml

Fry them on a pan until golden brown. Serve with a fresh salad.
