unsalted butter1.5oz40grams
whole Mustard1.5oz40grams

1.

Let the butter soften while the eggs are boiling and cooling down. Clean and chop the onion finely.

3. 

unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g)  whole Mustard 1.5 oz (40 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  onion 1.5 oz (40 g)

Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Mix the yolks with butter, mustard, salt and mix the onion.

4. 

Chop the egg whites with a knife finely.

5. 

Add them to the yolks.

6. 

Serve with bread or pastries.
