Delicious cream with slightly spicy flavor. You can even use some other cheese with blue or green mold instead of Gorgonzola cheese, such as Niva, but grate it first.

Let the butter soften until it has room temperature and whisk it into smooth foam. Thoroughly stir in low fat cream cheese and cheese. If the cheese is to hard, grate it. Spice it up to your taste.
