Recipe

1. 

white asparagus 10 pcs  olive oil 1 tbsp  salt  ground black pepper

Clean the asparagus, cut off the ends (about 1.5 cm), put on a greased baking sheet. Salt and season. Bake for 15 minutes at 570°F (300°C)F (300°F (150°C)) C.

2. 

unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)

Prepare the sauce from melted butter.

3. 

balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp  soy sauce 1 tbsp

Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Mix everything together, cook for a while. Pour the sauce over the finished asparagus. Serve with salad.
