1. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  paprika 1.8 lb (800 g)

Clean the onion and cut it finely. Clean the pepper, wash it and cut it into slices.

2. 

pork lard 1.75 oz (50 g)

Fry the onion in oil or in fat.

3. 

salt 0.5 tsp  water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Add pepper, salt and a little water. With frequent stirring, simmer the peppers under a cover until soft.

4. 

chicken egg 6 pcs

Mix the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the stewed peppers.

5. 

salt  ground red paprika

Stir until the eggs thicken. Serve with bread, add salt and sprinkle with ground red pepper.
