cooking chocolate3.5oz100grams
grated coconut7oz200grams
milk powder3.5oz100grams
sweetened condensed milk8.75oz250grams
whipping cream (30-33% fat)3.25tbsp50milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

grated coconut 7 oz (200 g)  milk powder 3.5 oz (100 g)  sweetened condensed milk 8.75 oz (250 g)

Put the above mentioned ingredients into a deep bowl.

2. 

Knead solid dough.

3. 

Roll the coconut dough on baking paper to a size of 25 x 20 cm. Cover with baking paper and let it solidify in the cold for 24 hours.

4. 

Using a ruler, cut into 2 x 5 cm rectangles.

5. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  cooking chocolate 3.5 oz (100 g)

Heat the cream in a water bath and melt chocolate in it.

6. 

Dip the chopped bars in chocolate and place them on the grid.

7. 

According to your imagination decorate with sweet decorations. Let the chocolate solidify.
