sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)

cocoa pudding 3.25 oz (90 g)
... and pudding powder.
... and cook until thickened.
cocoa biscuit wholemeal 10.5 oz (300 g)
unpack the biscuits.
Place them on the baking sheet in 3 columns of 6 biscuits. Fix the biscuits on the sides with foil so that they do not move when spreading the pudding.
Spread half of the pudding on the biscuits.
Put the second layer of biscuits on the pudding.
Spread the other half of the pudding ...
... and cover withother biscuits.
Melt the chocolate with cream in a water bath. Sprinkle dessert with it.
Melt the dark chocolate and sprinkle the dessert again. Put it in the cold to harden.
