semi hard cheese8.75oz250grams
sour cream (fat 14-18%)¾cup200milliliters
sunflower oil1.25tbsp20milliliters
tomato paste1.1lb500grams
whipping cream (30-33% fat)2.1cup500milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

onion 1 pc  minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  sunflower oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)

Fry onion in oil until golden, add pork and stir.

2. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 2.1 cup (500 ml)  tomato paste 1.1 lb (500 g)  pepper Pasta asciutta 2 tsp

When meat and onion are slightly fried, pour tomato paste and sweet cream to it. If the mixture is thick, pour some water. The mixture should be medium thick. Add the pepper or vegetable salt.

3. 

pasta - Lasagna 7 oz (200 g)

Pour the mixture on the bottom of the baking mold, lay down the slices of lasagne (it should cover the entire surface). Spread the mixture and repeat and repeat this step 3-4 time so the top layer is meat.

4. 

sour cream (fat 14-18%) ¾ cup (200 ml)  semi hard cheese 8.75 oz (250 g)

Pour 2 sour cream on the top layer and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. 

Bake for about half an hour until the cheese is nicely melted and lightly brown.

6. 

Serve.
