Recipe

1. 

processed cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  unsalted butter 4 tbsp  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Prepare a sauce from milk, butter and melted cheese.

2. 

garlic 4 cloves  oregano 1 tsp

Let the cheese and butter melt on a low heat and finally add the crushed garlic and oregano.

3. 

frozen spinach 15.75 oz (450 g)

Add fresh steamed spinach to the sauce or frozen spinach that you thaw in a water bath before.

pasta - Lasagna

Spread the pasta on the bottom of the baking dish.

Pour half of the finished sauce on the pasta.

Spread the pasta again and layer the rest of the sauce evenly.

Finally, put the pasta again and spread pieces of butter.
