|semi skimmed milk 1,5%||1.1||cup||250||milliliters|

|sweet cream for cooking||1.1||cup||250||milliliters|
Cook larger flat pasta in lightly salty water with a little oil for about 8 minutes. Then drain, quickly rinse under the cold water...
pork lard 0.75 oz (20 g)
... and place into a deeper bowl. Add lard and blend it.
smoked pork ham 14 oz (400 g)
Cut the ham into the cubes.
Add into the pasta and blend well (the best with hands)
Grease the roasting dish with lard, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place in the pasta with ham, slightly push down and level it.
Pour whisked eggs with salt and pepper in milk and sour cream over the pasta.
Roast in preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.
