Recipe

1. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

2. 

pasta - patches 12.25 oz (350 g)

Cook pasta al dente in salted water.

3. 

Drain and pour cold water.

4. 

smoked pork ham 12.25 oz (350 g)

Cut ham into cubes.

5. 

ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Mix the pasta, ham, onion and a little spice well.

6. 

Grease a deep baking dish (20x30 cm) with oil and add the mixture.

Mix eggs and salt in the milk. Pour over pasta and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C).

Gouda cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Grate the cheese and spread it on baked pasta Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
