1. 

pork loin 14 oz (400 g)  onion  mushrooms 8.75 oz (250 g)  sausage 7 oz (200 g)  red pepper

Wash the meat and cut into the smaller cubes. Peel the onion, cut into the quarters and separate into the slices. Wash small mushrooms (cut larger ones into the halves), cut the sausage into the rings, and trimmed pepper into halves of strips. Thread listed ingredients onto the skewers alternately.

Sprinkle prepared skewers with the spices. Place it into the bottom (first) basket of steamer. Steam for 30-35 minutes.

3. One cooking lunch

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  carrots 250

Cut peeled potatoes and chop trimmed fresh carrot into the rings and place into the top (second) basket of steamer.
