Oven-baked Stuffed Mushrooms

    

Meal suitable not only for Halloween. Resembling frightful heads full of worms :) Serve with mash potato.

sunflower oil2tbsp30milliliters

1. Preparation of filling

onion 1 pc  sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)  minced pork meat 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Finelly chop the onion and fry in oil. Add minced meat, salt, ground red paprika, sauté for a while, pour in a water and steam under the lid for 15 minutes.

Preparation of filling

mushrooms 1.3 lb (600 g)

Wash the mushrooms, trim and carefully remove the stems but do not destroy the caps. Finely chop stems of mushrooms and after 15 minutes add to the meat, next steam all together for further 10 minutes.

3. Filling and baking

Stuff the mushrooms with filling, place on non-greasy tray and in preheated oven bake for 10 minutes.
