Recipe

1. 

flitch 1.8 lb (800 g)

Wash, cut and mince the flitch in a meat grinder.

2. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)

Peel the onion, cut it and also grind it.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 oz (40 g)  breadcrumbs 1.5 oz (40 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  garlic 6 cloves  salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Mix the meat with the onion, add flour, breadcrumbs, egg, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix.

Shape the meat mixture into higher, round meatballs.

You can bake them in the Actifry 2in1 fryer on its pan, on the 2in1 Fish program. Bake for 8 minutes from one side, 6 minutes from the other. Bake meatballs in this device without adding fat. You can also prepare them without fat in the oven, where you bake them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for 30 minutes at a temperature of 1355°F (735°C)F (735°F (735°F (390°C)C))F (735°F (390°C)F (390°F (200°C))).

6. 

The rissoles will increase in size during baking and will be fluffy.
