potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  pork steaks 4 pcs  garlic 6 cloves  onion 4.25 oz (120 g)

Peel potatoes, wash them and cut into rounds. Pound the pork cutlets in plastic bags until thin. Peel garlic and onion. Cut onion into rounds and slice garlic.

sunflower oil 4 tbsp  salt  ground red paprika

Prepare 4 adequately large pieces of aluminium foil. Pour a little oil in each piece, place potatoes, onion, season with salt. Lay pork cutlet on potatoes. Season cutlet with salt and sprinkle with ground red pepper. Lay slices of garlic on cutlet...
