Recipe

1.

Rinse pork leg and season with salt.

2. Marinade preparation

sunflower oil 5 tbsp  garlic 3 cloves  ground black pepper 1 tsp  ground caraway 1 tsp  vegetable salt 1 tsp  grill seasoning 1 tsp

Put in a bowl oil, pressed garlic, black pepper, cumin, vegetable salt (dried vegetable mix) and grill seasoning. Stir.

Marinade preparation

Spread marinade over meat and place in the refrigerator for about one hour.

Pour water over the meat and roast in the preheated oven for about 1,5 hour until soft. During the roasting you can pour water over the meat when necessary, turn it or pour over with dripping.

Cut roast meat into slices and serve with favorite side dish.
