Dried mushrooms10g
Ground black pepper½teaspoon
Olive oil30ml
Onion100g
Pork thigh400g
Salt1.5teaspoon
Spicy chili sauce1teaspoon
Water400ml
Water2tablespoon

1. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  olive oil 30 ml

Peel onion, chop it finely and cook in oil.

2. 

apples 8.75 oz (250 g)  dried mushrooms ¼ oz (10 g)

Peel the apples and cut into the pieces. Soak the mushrooms in a water.

3. 

pork thigh 14 oz (400 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  ground black pepper ½ tsp

Wash the meat, cut into the strips and add to the onion. After the meat shrinks, salt and season.

Add apples, drained mushrooms...

water 400 ml

... and pour in a water. Steam for about 45 minutes, until the meat has softened.

6. 

corn starch 1 tsp  water 2 tbsp

According to needs, thicken with a little corn starch.

7. 

spicy chili sauce 1 tsp

You can add chilli sauce for spicy flavour.
