Whip the butter with sugar and egg yolks into the foam.
Add flour with baking powder and milk into the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Add poppy seeds into one of them.

Peel the apples, cut them into smaller cubes.
Spread a deep baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the poppy seed dough evenly.
