Recipe
1.
unsalted butter 5 oz (140 g) • powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g) • egg yolk 4 pcs
Whip the butter with sugar and egg yolks into the foam.

flour medium 7 oz (200 g) • whole milk 3.5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp
Add flour with baking powder and milk into the dough.

ground poppy seeds 3.5 oz (100 g)
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Add poppy seeds into one of them.

unsalted butter • all-purpose flour / plain flour
Spread a deep baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the poppy seed dough evenly.

sugar granulated 3 tbsp
Put apple cubes on the poppy seed dough, sprinkle with sugar, and cover slowly (the apples move) the other half of the dough.
8.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
