1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 7 oz (200 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (7 g)

Mix the sieved flour with baking powder.

2. 

egg yolk 3 pcs  powdered sugar 4.5 oz (125 g)  unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)  whole milk 3.5% 1.75 tbsp (25 ml)

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and butter. Add milk and prepared flour. Whip everything together.

3. 

egg white 3 pcs

Beat the egg whites until they are foamy.

4. 

Stir whipped egg whites into the dough.

5. 

Pour the dough into a round mold lined with baking paper.

6. 

apples 1.8 lb (800 g)  ground cinnamon

Clean the apples, cut them into smaller pieces and put them on top of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

7. 

Bake for 35 minutes at 200 °C.
