Recipe

1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  sugar granulated 1 tsp  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)

In warm milk with a little sugar let the yeast rest.

2. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g)  powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g)  ground cinnamon 1 tsp  salt

From flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, melted butter, cinnamon and a pinch of salt knead the dough and llet it rise in the warm place.

3. 

apples 1.3 lb (600 g)  sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g)  ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Peel the apples, cut the cores out and cut them into cubes. Add sugar and cinnamon. Mix.

4. 

almond crisps 2 oz (60 g)

Roll the dough on a floured board, put it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lay the prepared apples on the dough, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake the cake at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for about 35-40 minutes.
