Poppy seed apple strudel

    

A pie with everything that favorite strudel contains. The cake is simply prepared from the puff pastry without rolling.

1. 

apples 1.5 lb (700 g)

Peel the apples and grate them roughly .

2. 

ground poppy seeds 5.25 oz (150 g)  sugar granulated 5.25 oz (150 g)

Add poppy seeds and sugar. Mix.

3. 

corn starch 1.75 oz (50 g)

Add cornstarch and mix.

4. 

puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)

Unroll the rolled dough and place it on a baking sheet with the paper in which it was rolled.

Spread the apple-poppy mixture on the dough.

6. 

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)  powdered sugar 1.75 oz (50 g)  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Prepare crumbly dough from semolina, sugar and butter in a bowl.

7. 

Sprinkle the cake with the mixture. Bake at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C) for 35 minutes.
