semi skimmed milk 1,5%6.75tbsp100milliliters

vanilla pudding - powder2.5oz74grams
water1.3cup300milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

egg yolk 4 pcs  sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Mix yolks together with sugar into a foam. Add oil and milk. Mix everything together.

2. 

flour medium 7 oz (200 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 5 tsp

Add flour with baking powder to the dough. Mix with a mixer.

3.

Whip solid egg white snow which you gently stir into the dough.

4. 

Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for 15 minutes. Let cool.

5. 

apples 2.6 lb (1200 g)  sugar granulated 2 tbsp  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into smaller pieces. Put in a pot, add water, sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Put the pot aside and mix the still hot apples with an immersion mixer.

water 10 tbsp (150 ml)  vanilla pudding - powder 2.5 oz (74 g)

Mix pudding powders in water.

7. 

Add the mixed pudding to the mixed apples and cook until the mixture thickens.

8. 

Pour the still warm mixture on the baked base, spread and let cool.

9. 

chocolate dark 70% 0.25 oz (10 g)  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Melt the chocolate and butter in the steam.

10. 

Spread the chocolate evenly on top of the slices and let it solidify in the cold.
