all-purpose flour / plain flour 15.75 oz (450 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1 pk  unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  cocoa powder 0.75 oz (20 g)

Put the dough in a cool place for half an hour.

Whip solid snow from egg whites and a pinch of salt. Add sugar.

curd cheese 1.1 lb (500 g)  egg yolk 5 pcs  powdered sugar 5.75 oz (160 g)  whole milk 3.5% 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Put cream curd, egg yolks, sugar and milk in a bowl.

Mix well and finely add egg whites.

apples 1.7 lb (750 g)

Wash and peel the apples.

8. 

Divide the dough into 2 halves.

9. 

Grate one half of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

10. 

Pour the cream curd filling evenly on the dough.

11. 

Grate apples on the filling and the other half of the dough on the apples.

12. 

Bake for 30 minutes at 170-670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
