Whip solid snow from egg whites and a pinch of salt. Add sugar.
Put cream curd, egg yolks, sugar and milk in a bowl.
Mix well and finely add egg whites.

Wash and peel the apples.
Divide the dough into 2 halves.
Grate one half of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Pour the cream curd filling evenly on the dough.
Grate apples on the filling and the other half of the dough on the apples.
Bake for 30 minutes at 170-670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
Cooled cut into cubes.
