onion3.5oz100grams
rapeseed oil1tbsp1tablespoon

Recipe

1. 

mushrooms 8 pcs

Wash the larger mushrooms, remove the stems. Dried place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

2. 

duck liver 10.5 oz (300 g)  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  rapeseed oil 1 tbsp

Clean the livers, cut into smaller pieces and fry with onions.

3. 

rosemary

Fill the prepared livers with mushrooms and put a sprig of rosemary on top of each.

4. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
