Wash the larger mushrooms, remove the stems. Dried place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

duck liver 10.5 oz (300 g) • onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Clean the livers, cut into smaller pieces and fry with onions.
