Fine duck breast in sweet and sour pear sauce. A real delicacy. Serve with mashed potatoes.

lemon-juice1tbsp1tablespoon
pear12.25oz350grams
raisins1tbsp1tablespoon
rapeseed oil1tbsp1tablespoon
salt-
sugar granulated1tsp1teaspoon
water6.75tbsp100milliliters
whole cloves3pcs3pieces

 

Recipe

1. 

duck breast 14 oz (400 g)  salt  ground black pepper

Wash the meat, salt, sprinkle with ground spices ...

2. 

rapeseed oil 1 tbsp

... and fry in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes.

3. 

pear 12.25 oz (350 g)

Peel the pears and cut them into slices.

4. 

raisins 1 tbsp  whole cloves 3 pcs  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add the pears to the meat, add raisins (or cranberries), cloves, a little pepper and water.

5. 

Cover and simmer until soft for 10-15 minutes.

6. 

sugar granulated 1 tsp  lemon-juice 1 tbsp

Remove the meat, mash the pears and take the cloves out. Sweeten the sauce and add lemon juice. Cut the meat and serve.
