Pork Goulash with Mushrooms

    

Traditional meat soup, suitable as a brunch or even main dish. Serve with the bread.

onion10.5oz300grams
pork lard2tbsp2tablespoon
pork thigh1.1lb500grams
potatoes5.25oz150grams

water1.05quart1litre

1. 

pork lard 2 tbsp  onion 10.5 oz (300 g)

Fry two finely chopped onions over the lard.

2. 

pork thigh 1.1 lb (500 g)  water 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  potatoes 5.25 oz (150 g)

Add in roughly chopped meat. When the meat shrinks, add water. Add one middle sized finely grated potato. Cook for 30 minutes.

3. 

mushrooms 8.75 oz (250 g)

Add quartered mushrooms.

4. 

salt  ground black pepper  Dijon mustard 1 tbsp  marjoram 0.5 tsp

Flavour with salt, black pepper, mustard and marjoram. Eventually pour in a water. Cook for further 30 minutes.
