Recipe

1. Preparation of balls

carrots 5.25 oz (150 g)  parsley 5.25 oz (150 g)  celery 3.5 oz (100 g)  sterilized peas 1.75 oz (50 g)  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  breadcrumbs 1.75 oz (50 g)

Liquidize the cooked vegetables finely, add finely chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs. Stir it together. If the dough is thin add the breadcrumbs as needed.

2. 

parsley leaves 1 tbsp

Add finely chopped parsley leaves to the dough.

3. Shape the balls

Shape the balls from the dough, that you coat in breadcrumbs.

4. In ActiFry pan

olive oil 1 tbsp

Put the balls in the ActiFry pan, pour over one spoon of oil. Set 12 minutes. In the middle of the time, turn the balls over and bake on.
