Lecho with eggs

    

Beautiful colorful lecho from fresh peppers and tomatoes, thickened with eggs, it is the most amazing food during the summer. Serve with bread or boiled potatoes.

tomatoes12.25oz350grams

1. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

2. 

paprika 12.25 oz (350 g)  salt 1 tsp

Clean the pepper, wash it and cut into small pieces. Add onion, salt, mix and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir from time to time, add one tablespoon of water if necessary.

3. 

tomatoes 12.25 oz (350 g)  sugar granulated 0.5 tsp

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Add to the pepper, add a little sugar, ...

4. 

... mix and simmer under the cover for 5 minutes.

Stir until the eggs are coked.
