Recipe

1. 

cauliflower 1.8 lb (800 g)  water  sea salt

Take the cauliflower into pieces, wash and boil it in salted water.

2. 

Pour the water off the and mash the cauliflouwer, but not into mash.

3. 

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  olive oil 2 tbsp  water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Clean the onion, cut it and fry in oil. Add a little water and simmer.

4. 

Add the prepared cauliflower, mix.

5. 

chicken egg 8 pcs  salt  unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)

Whip the eggs. Add them to the cauliflower and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked. Add salt and a piece of butter.
