Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)  cooking chocolate 3.5 oz (100 g)

Melt fat with chocolate in a bowl set over a pot of lightly steaming water and let it cool to room temperature.

2. Dough

white yogurt 1.8 lb (800 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g)  flour medium 10.5 oz (300 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 5.25 oz (150 g)  bicarbonate 1.5 tsp

Mix well yoghurt, milk, sugar and both flours with baking soda. Pour in melted chocolate and stir gently.

3.

Grease baking tin with butter and flour it. Pour in the prepared dough, spread it evenly and bake in preheated oven at medium heat for 30 minutes. We can sprinkle the cake with various types of ground nuts to our taste.

4. 

powdered sugar

Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar and cut.
