kohlrabi 10.5 oz (300 g)  carrots 5.25 oz (150 g)  cole 5.25 oz (150 g)  cauliflower 10.5 oz (300 g)  water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)  ground caraway 0.5 tsp  salt 0.5 tsp

Clean vegetables. wash them, cut and cook in water for about 35 minutes. Add a little ground caraway and salt. Leave the lid of a pot slightly open during cooking. When the vegatables are soft, use a hand blender to mix them ...

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 7 oz (200 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.25 oz (10 g)

Mix flour with sour cream and add it to the soup. Bring to the boil.

parsley leaves 2 tbsp  salt

At the end mix in chopped fresh parsley leaves. Season with salt each portion to your taste.
