Quick preparation of a healthy and tasty broccoli soup, without salt, also suitable for children.

1. 

broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g)  water 3.2 cup (750 ml)  salt 0.5 tsp

Take the broccoli to pieces, add water and salt (do not salt for children). Cook for 15 minutes.

2. 

Cut the upper part - florets from the cooked broccoli and set them aside. Mix the rest of broccoli with an immersion blender.

3. 

whole milk 3.5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  chicken egg 1 pc  semolina 2 tbsp

Add milk into the soup. Prepare a liquid dough from the semolina and the egg. Pour the dough over a fork into boiling soup. Small dumplings thickens the soup easily.

4. 

salt  ground nutmeg

Finally, add the cutted pieces of broccoli. For adults, add salt and nutmeg.
