ground nutmeg-

water2.1cup500milliliters
whole milk 3.5%2.1cup500milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  water 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Cook the broccoli until soft in salted water.

2. 

Mix with an immersion blender.

3. 

whole milk 3.5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp

Pour the milk in which you mixed the flour. Overcook.

4. 

salt  ground nutmeg

Season with salt and add a pinch of nutmeg.
