Recipe
1. Cooking of broccoli
broccoli • water 2.1 quart (2000 ml) • salt 1 tsp • ground nutmeg 0.25 tsp
Cut the broccoli into florets, wash and cook in salted water until soft. Mix it with an immersion blender and add a pinch of nutmeg.

2. Celery dumplings
Take the leaves from the celery top and chop them finely .

egg yolk 2 pcs • unsalted butter 1 oz (25 g) • semolina 3.5 oz (100 g) • salt 0.25 tsp • water 1 tbsp • celery leaves 3 tbsp • egg white 2 pcs
Mix the yolks with butter, add semolina, a little salt, a spoon of water, finely chopped celery top and egg whites snow. Mix the dough and let it rest for a while.

... and add the cream. If the soup is thick, you can dilute it with milk as needed. Add salt to taste or season with vegetable salt.
