peach1.7lb750grams
powdered sugar1.5oz40grams
semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.5cup350milliliters
sugar cane5.25oz150grams
unsalted butter1.75oz50grams
vanilla sugar0.5oz15grams

 

Recipe

1. Waffles

chicken egg 2 pcs  powdered sugar 1.5 oz (40 g)  vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (15 g)  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.5 cup (350 ml)

Mix eggs with powdered and vanilla (preferably homemade) sugar, mix in the melted, cooled butter and milk.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g)  bicarbonate 0.25 tsp

Add flour with baking soda.

3. 

Pour the dough with a ladle into silicone molds for waffles. Bake in a preheated oven (25-30 minutes).

Remove the baked waffles from the molds and let cool.

5. Peach sauce

peach 1.7 lb (750 g)

Wash the peaches and add boiling water. Let rest for 5 minutes. Then rinse with cold water...

... and peel off.

Remove stones and chop finelly.

8. 

sugar cane 5.25 oz (150 g)

Put in a pot and add sugar. Let rest for a while (15 minutes).

9. 

ground ginger 0.25 tsp  ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp

Then add ginger, cinnamon and bring the peaches to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes from the boiling point, stirring frequently.

10. 

Finally, mash with a potato masher.

11. 

Pour the cooled sauce over one portion of the waffles. Use cutlery.
