Melt butter and let it cool. Mix to combine flour with powdered sugar, baking powder, add milk, butter and eggs and mix everything together well.
Heat a little oil in the pan and use a ladle to pour in the dough formed into the shape of bannock - drop scones shape. Fry the drop scones from both sides. Serve with jam spread on top of them or gently sprinkled with powdered sugar. They taste good both when served hot or cold.
